Hello I appreciate the reply but that is not the answer to my question. I had asked if the (case officer ) who looked after my case and approved my application the same officer who will put stamp and issue visa on my passport in the canada visa office?

Is the case officer and the person in the Vfs canada visa office the same guy who approved my file? Is it the duty of the case officer to put stamp and visa on my passport or there are different departments for for each ?
