Is there any one who filed case to sponser his wife (nikkah only) case filed in 2011. Mine is nikkah only case i need some help from senior members what happend if the case is nikkah only did they ask for rukhsati or put it in the interview que . I like to hear from someone whos case like mine...

But I didn't state the application as nikah only. I just put down everything truthfully, We had a dolki type function, then nikah, then reception. I basically let them assume and decide if they consider this marriage or Nikkah only LOL..now they can go crazy thinking about that themselves ;)

What I noticed on the forum, Nikkah only cases got objection letters, rushed to Pakistan, got rukshati, subhmitted the proves, and everything is smooth.

r they only sending objections for nikkah only cases or for everybody

Nikkah only case are not processed easily. they usually ask you to provide pictures of rukhsati. they want the complete marriage ceremony.

Re: SPOUSAL Sponsorship PAKISTAN @ London Visa Office They had concerns about the relationship and that Nikkah only is classified as incomplete marriage. Their concerns were addressed via a detailed letter explaining the reasons behind Nikkah only with alot of proof...

Hi guys, i have only the engish version of our nikkah nama? Does it works fine? I dont have the urdu one. We just filled out the english version of the nikkah nama.

You are right, But there must be some solution to it?

I am not saying that CHC-I accepts the English Nikkah nama only. I was trying to point out the stupidity of CHC-I. They want a Nikkah nama in urdu along with a certified translation of nikkah nama. So why not just accept an original Nikkah nama in english instead of asking for an urdu nikkah...

Hello there So it was only Nikkah with no wedding party ? Our file in London too and haven’t heard anything since Apr as well but we have done nikkah and wedding ceremony

Re: SPOUSAL Sponsorship PAKISTAN @ London Visa Office yup its only translation and nikkah nama... nadra one is not a requirement but you can send. Also make sure that registration date on nadra certificate is same as your original nikkah namma because mostly they put registration...
