An update, I got the ITA, and I have an IELTS scheduled on June 24th. Can I apply for PR if I get same or better results in my tests?

Hi All, can someone advise what happens to the express entry submitted profile when the IELTS test date is expired? Is it possible to get an ITA when the IELTS test date expiry is may 30th 2017? I have 413 points and am confused as hell since my profile still looks normal.
