You can create your own temporary filters in the meantime and use that to sort and filter information. What matters is for everyone to put down their information in the sheet.

Did you call them and is this something that the agent told you?

I read somewhere that the GU on the tracker is when the tracker was updated with your data from other systems. It does not mean that someone worked on your case.

The uncertainty around the entire process is unacceptable. If this is already approved, then it should not take this long for anyone to issue the eCOPR. If they are backlogged, that is understandable and there are ways of handling a situation like this. At the very least, if they can communicate...
