It's on their website. Just google for the form. Make sure you take pictures of all the jewelry with the form. It's self certified.

you do need to fill out a goods to follow form at the time of landing. This is mainly for jewelry and other movable assets. As far as property, shares and cash is concerned, you have to declare it in your IT returns

Uploaded docs last week. Took about 4-5 days for the status to change.

Status changed to "documents being reviewed" and "background check in process. We will inform you if we need more information". How many more days should it take before PPR? LVO - Ottawa.

Travel history form requested and submitted last week. Hopefully things move fast now.
