just call CIC call center and tell them you need to book an appointment for landing, instead of exiting and entering. They will forward it to the closest Service Canada to you, and they will email you the day and date to come.

and we went today at Service Canada and did the landing! Officially a PR resident :)

you can call IRCC and book an appointment at the closest office and land there. In Edmonton, i got booked in 2 weeks, at the end of the month. al least this way, you won't have any issues with US rejecting them.
