I totally understand your concern and frustration over processing of citizenship application. But how can you be sure new program is not really critical and citizenship is? People are waiting for years to re-unite with their parents/grand parents. Specially in this pandemic situation people...

Once you have completed the test and interview, generally "Decision Made" is meant that your application is approved. Good luck for your oath invitation.

I don't think so. IRCC and Service Canada are two different departments. Citizenship and immigration related work is carried out by IRCC.

I know its frustrating but other than waiting you can't do anything. I completed my test in Jan and took Oath in Aug. I can totally relate to your situation. Patience is the key my friend. Good luck :):)

They are also in same boat then. Virtual oath is going on but they are also waiting for test/interview to resume normally (In Person).

I would suggest you to contact them through web form/Phone to check if anything is pending from your end. Best of luck

How about you ECAS status? is it changed to complete or still showing Decision Made? If that is changed to Complete then i guess your Oath Ceremony form would have been received. Also if they wouldn't have received by now they would have tried to communicate to you.

Just let CIC know through webform. I was in similar situation and explained to CIC that previous medical was still valid and they considered that.

Hi Nav, If surname field is blank in your Mom's passport you should put given name in surname and keep given name as blank in form. That's what i did and it was accepted in 2018. Thanks

Looking at the volume of application this year seems like we'll have to wait for longer time for ECAS update
