Hi, I would not be concerned. IRCC knows the timing. My police certificate took over three months and there was not issue. The PCC was finally received by IRCC and the final decision made approx 3 weeks ago, Cheers

I have the same issue. Final decision says may 01 2024. I called IRCC and the agent said the portal 1 email was sent on May 04th. It has been requested to be sent. Here I am, more than 2 weeks and nothing!! any advise??

The phone call has finished. They said everything has been completed. They sent the email to me yesterday, I said I haven't received and they said I should I allow 5 business day to get the email. This is becoming the end of my journey. I wish you the best

I have not received any answer from the embassy. I sent my documents on January 02nd 2024. I Called IRCC today and they confirmed my PCC was received and they are doing the final processing. I hope this information is useful

You need to wait. I sent my documents for Pcc to the embassy in January 2nd and I haven’t received confirmation that the Pcc has been received. I know other people with similar dates and still waiting… so be patient
