hello, did your sowp get approved? If so, how long did it take after submitting the additional documents?

I applied for sowp and received medical request. Then the next day I received a letter from ircc requesting more documents for spousal relationship proof. I thought medical request is a positive sign. Why did they ask for it if they still need new docs?
