@legalfalcon - is the PR card printing a centrally located process based of Ottawa or someplace other than the local VO's who approve/issue PR cards?

I did..confirmed that it has been posted out last week Friday. I should have it this week.

Finally and Thankfully, PR cards printed and despatched today. Considering the situation all around. All within 3 weeks for photo and doc delivery to the local VO.

If you are on a ICT, you should use the same NOC code as that was used for your ICT application unless your job and duties have changed.

Your PR is Approved. Just waiting in the Print Queue of D3909..must be an agent code (my guess).

Does anyone have their PR cards in process (in Print specifically) at their local VO? Any ideas how long does it take for the Printing process to be completed and whether this is at a centralized location?

Unless there is an unknown hiccup in your application clearance stages, would think it better to make sure to get your PR before travelling out of the country and marriage.
