No , you don’t receive AOR when it is transferred to another office. You can know about the office by applying gcms notes. I never applied GCMS notes during the processing of my first application. Just came to know from the refusal letter.

I got AOR from Vancouver office. Actually, everyone gets their AOR from Vancouver and then it is assigned to different offices. My previous application was refused from Toronto office.

I applied for my 2nd H&C recently in August. And received request for biometric fee in September. So it just says submitted in portal.

Hello This happened with me also. I received the request to pay biometric fee and it have my application number on top but never received the AOR.

I already gave my biometrics few years ago, valid till Sep. 2029 but today they sent me the mail with biometrics fee request for my new application, according to new policy.

I am not refugee. I lost my all of ID’s. I just have photocopies of all. I can’t get new one until I don’t get the valid status.

Can anyone tell me that after being refused, if we send new application and will it go to same officer?

I don’t remember exactly but I think you choose the option- other and then you can put out of status and, then for the dates- you put the dates when your status expired till the date of today. I am not sure , please wait if someone else can answer your question.
