Just curious, I am a Canadian citizen living in Bangkok and am married to a Thai. We applied for her PR in January from here in Bangkok. Have been approved as her sponsor but awaiting her PR card. Frustrating wait as we want to get going. Wondering if there's a way to wait it out inside Canada...
