No, You just have to maintain an account, because before coming to canada you need an amount to pay for your intial expenses of travel and living before your scholarship get started. Its better to maintain an account with an amount equal to total living expenses of first year.

I have the resolved same issue. Let's say you want to put Mar 29, but then it saves it as Mar 28. What I did is that i put Mar 30 and it finally showed Mar29. (Pray for me if found helpful)
