Not in person. Calgary office is pretty jammed pack for Oath ceremonies. I was scheduled for mine after 2.5 months.

I have doubt on that because they do use Zoom for meetings

Oath InProcess when tracker updates when your oath will be and in that case Oath is 26 Oct. It will be completed after oath is done and certificate is sent
