I got Final decision today and also P1 email. Applied Dec 8 2023.

I applied for work permit extension on June 25, 2024 and it was extended till Dec. 21, 2024. My permit expiration is July 30, 2024. So it was extended 6 months.

It is still in progress on the GCKey. Based on the GCMS notes, criminality is still in-progress. I hope to receive updates this month or early next month.

I applied Dec.8, 2023. I got repeat Biometrics on Aug. 20, 2024. I am not sure when they will look again at the application.

I got repeat Biometrics letter last Aug 20 due to poor quality image. I did the repeat yesterday at Service Canada. We already see this at GCMS notes earlier but we cannot do it without the instruction letter. Hope to get updates soon.

If you are an RNIP applicant and already applied PR, bridging open work permit, BOWP, is not applicable. For me, I applied for normal extensions. I submitted some documents I used during PR application. Now my permit was extended till Dec 2024 pending the result of my PR app.

Thank you. Just an update, I applied work permit extension last June 23, and got reply that my work permit to be extended until December 21. Expiration of current permit is end of July. Now, just need to wait for the updates for PR application.

Ok so it looks like December applicants are not yet processed. My work permit is expiring this end of July. I am applying for extension. Any tips?

Any update on your application? I applied PR on December 9, 2023. In-land applicant. Still currently in background check and received PAL.

Yesterday, I received an email from IRCC regarding my submitted documents and from the email they said that the PR application is still on background check status. I did not get an ADR from them, but I initiated to submit updated paystubs thru web form.
