Order GCMS notes and you will know the exact reason why the visa was denied and then u can reapply by rectifying the concerns of visa officer. Write strong letter of explanation and apply with all the supporting documents. All the best

Did you try reconsideration before going to court? If you can give the reason why it was rejected as per gcms notes, we can better understand but I think you should reapply with strong letter of explanation explaining about refusals and their concerns mentioned in rejection letter.

For how long is your trip? Because you have to submit your passport within 30 days of receiving your PPR . Otherwise they will refuse the application. It is written on the letter.

I think you should inform IRCC via Web form asap. Because they are strict right now. If your current LOA is not valid then you should inform IRCC and update it.

Someone suggested it in one of WhatsApp group and most of the applications were processed as per the application number. That is why , nothing wrong even if it's all speculations trying to give my mind some peace ✌️. Hope nothing is wrong in this.
