I got the dispatch message today. But I'm not sure whether it's approved. It says The decision envelope for your application, tracking ID No. xxx has been dispatched from the IRCC Office, to the Canada Visa Application Centre in CVO-NEW DELHI.

Wow. That's nearly 26 days now. Most everyone here got it within 20 days. Mine would be 20 days day after tomorrow. Hopefully dispatched by then. I've already booked a flight for next week lol.

What time do we usually recieve the dispatch messages? I've seen people say around 8 but AM or PM?
