so I recently got the visa seal on my passport, and my classes are supposed to begin from September 2023. if I ask my DLI to transfer me to a different program that starts in May, then would I face any issues if I were to go to Canada by April?

If my study permit is for a program that is 1 year in length, but I then switch to another program at another institution BEFORE I complete my initial program, would I face any issues with a SPE (assuming I provide both LoE and LoA with my SPE application, and everything else is in order)?
