Thank you for referring . I got my answer, although since 5 years ago Birth certificate and NIC cards are the same for new borns, also if you apply for secondary of your Lost Birth certificate or National Identity Card, it gonna be both in one document.

I'm an Iranian citizen registered as UNHCR refugee in another country. want to apply for IMM0008ENU_2D but at the section of National Identity document i dont know i should put My birth certificate ( shenasname ) or i can use my passport at this section. Would you please guide me.
