Congrats Rajan! Before starting the PR application, how long did it take to get the Letter of Support from the incubator? How much was the fee for the immigration consultant?

I'm even earlier than that. Did the incubator charge any fee to issue the Letter of Support? The one I have approached after 3 months of interview etc. is asking >$25k for training program. Is this normal? Can anybody share their experience? Time+fee to get the Letter of Support. Thanks
