Bad news :( "If you participated in IEC before 2015, you are no longer eligible to apply." I was hoping for better news. :(

So in reference to the NZ-Canada agreement now being 23 months instead of 12, would it apply to NZ residents who are already over here on the IEC?

Does anyone know when this takes effect at all?
