thats strange because when i was going for summer in august, the adeola odeku vi branch refused to sell PTA to me except my master card was cancelled. i guess maybe you were lucky in the branch you got yours from

congrats Busy-Bee, may Canada favour you by Gods grace @ Ekundapsy, you can get PTA from First bank, that is only if you do not have their master card ATM Card. if you do they wont sell to you. Alternatively you can ask the CSO in the bank to cancel your card details and make it invalid then...
