Definitely more than 3 months because they will always ask for more papers. I would say as far as I heard, it should take about 6 or 7 months, but I am not sure

1- After you finish your studies in Canada, you get an open work-permit which is valid for the same duration of your studies (up to 3 years). 2- The only situation I know of where you can apply without a job offer is Ontario PNP when you have a master's degree.

Thanks a lot! I am aware of the work permit condition, but it does not apply to me. I think Service Ontario can issue OHIP card if they are SURE that you are going to land, but it is just a matter of time. I will double check and update you guys
