It is a ghost update. It happens when they are reviewing your file while you tend to log in. I had 5 ghost updates a couple of months ago. TRV from Doha. submitted in September 2020. Still waiting

IRCC might open new portal for those who have not received their decision in 1 year. probably that could be in future.

Thanks for your response. I think, we are still not eligible to apply on the new portal as per the instruction on the IRCC website. Therefore, the best is to wait. Secondly, this post is just to gather all those who might have received PPRs post 7th September or still waiting
