As far as I know you can transfer funds only from account u used in GIC application, dont transfer funds funds from another account, U will be wasting around 1500 rs and 5-6 days as the money will return back.

Hello, No, backlogs are not a issue for getting a visa,u just dont submit backlog summary in student visa application. i have had 4 backlogs and gave backlog summary only to college to get offer letter. As far as I know CIC does not ask for backlog summary.
