Look up who your local MP is, there will be contact info for their office. Just give them a call, explain what your issue is and they will give you instructions from there You'll need to sign a form saying they can contact IRCC on your behalf

Member of parliament They can assist you if there are delays in your file they will contact IRCC directly on your behalf

I reached out to my MP yesterday but they didn't even confirm to me if they did anything. Woke up this morning to eCOPR but no response from MP's office
