can someone pls tell me what tax years I need to put in table for citizenship application form. where it ask when u filed last 5 years taxes. is it from 2018-2014 or will it be 2017-2013? also do we click require to file as yes I have filed taxes for all 5 yrs on time

Hi there, IF you have got ur application number starting with EP in that it will mention positive acknowlegment of your payment that should be fine.
