Urgent, weird situation
I have received the confirmation Email today after 18 days! Just FYI, I filled a web-form 4 days ago and I think it was a problem on CIC. I suggest you do so as well. Filll and submit a web-form and mention the problem. Good Luck!- hamedshourabi
