I am a visual artists and i sell prints of my work. My work permit is up and i can not get another one due to the IEC changes but am hopefully switching to visitor status as my common law application gets put together. I agree with everything everyone is saying. The rules were changed on SWAP and IEP also, so they know about as much as us. When it opens up you will have to re do the Kompas account so you will now right away if you eligible as i remember having to put in how many times i have had the visa...

what about this statement on the website. "Participation in International Experience Canada (IEC) with a recognized organization does not count towards the frequency of participation allowed by the specific country agreements." Is this a loophole for people in my situation??

ok this is kind of crazy how long its taking for them to open up the 2015 Kompass applications... I am feeling pretty good about monday... Just to clarify the first step is the Kompass app to get the CAL then onto the final application process???

Oh ok, I am Australian so its just the same 2 year that I am on now... I think the only new thing for me since 2013 is you need a CV thats not a hard one... Man, I wish these visas were eligible for extensions... Going Permanent after i get this one. Had enough of it... I will look for the CV...
