I got an update on 9 june, my status become medical passed. And today i get a message from cic requesting my original passport. :) :)

I have applied my study visa online on 17 may 2016, no reply or update yet from cic. Almost 25 days has gone, not even the medical is checked. Anyone have the similiar problem please share....... And, please tell me; is it normal. I am not afraid of rejection , but no reply or update kills...

File is submited online (no need of attachment). Why there is no update in myCIC account while i got mail on my gmail account about update status. Write now the status is; file open.

I have filled study visa for sheriden college on 17 may for fall 2016. On 18, i got a mail regarding status update but in myCIC there was no update. Still no message or update.
