Hi all, I submitted my visitor visa and my parent's visitor visa application in Jan 27. My parents get a biometric letter in Jan 28. But until now I dont receive biometric letter. Is it normal to wait for biometric letter for 2 weeks?How can i contact CIC and remind them not forget my application.
