Hi there, Try Halton Police I know they have got people in from UK before bypassing the usual immigration process. (but only people with 10+ years of experience, which you obviously have) Good luck!- helper

Health Insurance
Blue Cross wont cover unless you have an OHIP card. You have to get insurance from your home country prior to coming.- helper
