Hello Guys. I have just started the process and I was looking for process to get reference letters. I have also worked in IBM for 3 years and now I am working in Tieto. Is still the process same and we do not need to provide the reference letter from the companies?

And how many months of statement is required prior to receiving ITA? Do I need to have all the required funds since the time I have created the Profile?

I have created express entry, however I am not sure when and how do I need to submit the Proof of funds. Can anyone please tell me ?
