    I have done MBA in Finance (16 years of Qualification) and currently working as a “Payroll Officer”. My job duties are a mix of an “Accountant”, a “Bookkeeper” and Payroll Officer. Can anybody tell that under the new ministerial instructions does one have to have a job title of "Accountant"...
