Please clarify that the address on the left side of the envelope is the representative'address or the applicant's address while mailing the application?

Just to double check, the application package to sponsor parents in 2018 is generic...I mean its not country specific.Please guide me if any additional documents required other than the checklist , when sponsoring parents from India.

While applying for parent sponsorship, Do we need to include police clearance certificate in the application? It doesnot say in the checklist but i guess its mentioned in the guide.

Do we need to sign IMM 5669 using black ink? Are all the forms in family class sponsorship needs to be signed using black ink only or blue ink can be used?

While filling IMM 5569 using computer,Do I need to type name in sigature box and select date .As i m mailing these forms...do we need to sign by hand as well? If yes,In the same signature box where you type the name.

Pease help with IMM1344.While validating this form,it gives me an error that spouse's family name should match with the sponsor's.However I have not changed my last name after marriage,So mine and my husband's last name are not same.So what should I do now as I am unable to validate...
