Changes in WES ECA process effective 1st Dec'18 HELP Required
As per the new requirement from WES w.e.f Dec'2018 - "The institution must mail the sealed envelope themselves. They should not give the sealed envelope to you or a third party to mail to WES"- Ro€ker
