    I am about to send my family's and my passport from the US. My query is that is it the regular UPS express and I just print the shipping and the return labels online or anything different?

    Missed the "Ready for visa" email.

    Hi We missed the "Ready for Visa" mail as we kept checking my Express Entry account for messages or updates. The deadline to send passports passed a month back. Any ideas on how we can salvage the situation?
