Hi, I want to ask; do we need to get HSSC-I & HSSC-II transcripts attested from FBISE or only certificate? And after attestation do we courier it to WES ourself or does the FBISE do that for us?

Do i need to get HSSC -I transcript, HSSC-II transcript and HSSC certificate all three of these attested from FBISE in a sealed envelop? Or only HSSC certificate? Will the FBISE send the attested copies directly to WES? Or do i need to send the sealed envelop myself?
