The chances of getting admission are very slim because of your low grades in B.E.there is huge rush of applications this season. I got rejection from concordia university with 68% marks in B.E and 2.5 years work experience. but you can try your luck anyway.

you will get visa for 2 years. 1 year for study and 1 for work but if you opt for 2 years of study then you can get 3 years of work visa along with it in which you can apply for PR also.
