Hello everyone If a refugee got his claim rejected he got some options like pre-removal assessment or refugee appeal devision etc. what If the options didn't work right. Is he going to be forced to leave Canada and being detained?

yes if someone wants to immigrate or to further his or her studies they need to assess the credential they have it would be the same for refugees I think but does i need to be graduated from a an accredited program to get a job that's the question I wish studying in Canada would be that easy...

does the equivalency to complete your study (master, detorate) is the same equivalency to immigrate because I have seen many students got their equivalent degree approved to study the master and doctorate abroad

But there is no guarantee that it will be equivalent to the Canadian degree ! if it doesn't they will give some courses, exams..etc .right ?

yes that what I thought ... but I think other majors like psychology or business will be easier by the way some majors here they study in Arabic language is this will be a problem , or they will make sure that I understand English by the IELTS test and that's it
