Hard to answer this one because i dont know how their system works. For my particular situation, my wife got an email about PPR and i got an email because i was registered to mycic. MyCic sent me an email because there was an update.

It means that the passport is on its way to the VFS. Once it gets there they will call you to pick iy up. I am exactly like you. Passport is dispached from Vienna. I am thinking we will get the passports sometime Monday or Tuesday.

It is spouse sponsorship. Although I am not too sure what EE stand for, I think my case was different. I (the sponsor), live is Kosovo and had a job waiting for me in Canada. This made the process faster I believe. Best of luck to the rest of you. - Af

Hey guys, Vienna is awesome, I got Decision Made today :P. I applied 2016/07/01, and got PPR on 2016/11/16. Today the passport is back.
