    UCI stands for Universal Client ID but im not sure, You can google it up. Having 2 UCI numbers means that Canadian Immigration people see you as 2 different people.

    Marsiangal, thanks. Btw what do you mean by AIP? And I wanted to get my name changed on license and care card, but They refused to change it saying that I have 2 UCIs that's why they cannot change my record in their system. This is so frustrating.
