You can still check with them. Perhaps they can pull out bank statements for old accounts too. It might take some hassle & long duration, but it isn't something impossible.

But isn't it saying "at least one of them was issued at the completion of" which means that 1st there must be a 3-year degree & then there can be any other degree. It means if one has a degree of 2 years before completion of 3-year degree, it won't count? Please clarify
