    PR application and application of TRV while in Canada

    Both me and my wife have applied for PR while in Canada with work permits. We are still in Canada with work permit and got extensions for them. Will there be any problem in getting a TRV if we go to Buffalo consulate and apply for a TRV based on our work permits and with pending PR applications...
