no, I just asked him this morning he said that he contacted them and the customer service said everything is done and the officer shall finalize the application. so the answer was blurry to me. Does Decision made mean they finished or still under process? I hope somebody does have experience can...

Every time I call them they said the security did not start yet. I made a note in early May and even they didn't reply to me.
