Thanks ujbaby for your reply. As for the reference letter, I have already submitted it with my application. This is the reference letter I am planning to get from my employer before I leave. In case, if CIC asks it again or I need it somewhere else. Thanks a lot for your help.

I filed under CEC (BUffalo Office) in May 2011 and have recieved my medical request in Sep 2011. I can see in ECAS that they have recieved my medical and have started processing my application in the end of December 2011. I am planning to quit my job(in Canada). I would like to get your opinions...
