Hello Guys Is it okay to pay for tuition fees and accomdation before applying for the visa. I plan to pay for a semester including housing + other fees, will that satisfy an immigration officer that I have proof of funds. If not what other ways can I follow? :) :D

$16,784 is the total fee with living tuition and everything :D. I have 65000 saudi riyals In my bank account but I spent 64000 of that amount. If I can get 65000 riyals in 4 months wouldnt that show them that I am capable of paying $16,784 ?
