Hello everyone! Is it necessary to apply for endorsement from the province only when 1560 hours are completed with the designated employer or we can do it prior to that till the hours are completed and we have the endorsement? Can anyone please guide.

Hello everyone, i applied on the 23rd of May, SP + SOWP and Kid's SP extensions, biometrics and medicals updated but since then no progress. Permits expire 31 August, hoping to receive extension before expiry.
