Yes in the first page in the corner, there is a small table mentions the absence and lateness. Do you think I need a letter from the school or the Board says that homeschooling students do not have status report etc.

Ok it is a good idea, but what is about the previous period i.e. 2010/2011. Shall I write na or just ignore it? Regarding the current school, what documents they need. I have just the letter from the school says that they joined in Sep and I have their Nov Status Report.
