    FSW 2014 - MASTER THREAD - 2171/ 2172/ 2173/ 2174 SERIES

    Hi, From what I get is, apps received by cic after Sept 2nd for noc 2171 have less chance to be within the cap? Is my understanding correct? My app was accepted on 20th Oct. So I am out of the race?? :( :( Thanks
